DISNEY LODGE - ORLANDO - UPPER
BALCONY CANOPY - WALL BRACKET
Sub-contract work I did while working for Living Color Enterprises (Ft. Lauderdale, FL)
Wireframe views of custom designed structural components. The heavy-duty aluminum wall brackets were designed to be anchored into the concrete structure. This allowed the various "cosmetic" exterior treatments (fake wood logs, bamboo rafters, thatch roofs) to be firmly and safely attached to the building. Most of these attachments were composed of FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic). I provided Disney with 3D solid models of all components as well as various other architectural, structural, and presentation drawings.
